“The customer is always right”. This approach to business is getting lost in today’s society. But not with Christine Fore-Pemstein. Having entered the business world in the early 80’s, Christine’s professional training engrained this customer-service oriented approach into her business philosophy, while blending perfectly with her personal philosophy. Christine strives to reach her clients on a personal level and work with them through a transaction to achieve a positive sense of accomplishment as the end result. As a licensed, real estate salesperson in the State of California (License #01401492), Christine’s current affiliation is with the Galster Real Estate Group, and includes past affiliations with Lyon Real Estate and Coldwell Banker. She is a cross-over specialist in both the residential resale and new home construction arenas, where she is recognized for her high level of knowledge, experience, client commitment, integrity, and detailed transactional skills. Christine’s recent focus on the real estate community is in transactional services as well as project management for local builders, providing reporting for market analysis and trends. In addition, Christine serves as President and Founder of Louise Michael Corporation, and brings more than 26 years of experience providing specialized services and support to municipalities, communities, and local citizens. Prior to entering the real estate profession, Christine worked with municipal consulting and engineering firms for almost 20 years, providing administrative and financial management services. Similar to the home building industry, her experience centers on building an operation from the ground up to provide stability, consistency, and profitability. Christine possesses an ability to clearly determine the path for success and completion of each project and works to ensure the goals and objectives are completed for every project in a timely manner. Christine has managed to balance her profession with being a mother and wife. Having raised four children, Christine and her husband, Jeff, find time to enjoy golf, skiing, cycling, gardening, and hiking. Their focus of good health, fun activities, and travel, expand their outlook on the pleasures of everyday life. Fun accomplishments in the past year include a trip to Italy, Greece & Croatia, a 40-mile hike along the Rogue River in Oregon, and Christine’s 100-mile bike ride around Lake Tahoe. Their annual vegetable garden is a highlight of each work day and a tasty addition to the evening meal. They work hard and play hard, yet find time to relax and read a good book. Christine’s commitment to her profession and community are noteworthy. She participates in professional organizations and fundraisers, and personally commits to serving her community in many capacities, as noted below.
